I recently took a large workbook and split several of the pages. I took some charts from one page and put them on another. Then I went through and updated all my formulas and all my named ranges. However, I am still getting a message that states "a formula in this worksheet containes one or more invalid references. Verify that your formulas contain a valid path, workbook, range name, and cell reference." I have looked through the spreadsheet many times, and cannot find the problem. Excel is not highlighting the problem forumla, and I cannot find the #REF anywhere. I've tried everything I can think of and I can't find the problem. Can anyone help me?

Hi, LadyDi,

which version of Excel? Up to Excel2003 please check Edit/Reference for help. To find the erreanous cell F5/Contents/Formulas with only Errors may help (needs to be done on any worksheet individually or by VBA, please only have one cell selected for working on the whole worksheet instead of selecting a range which would be used for search if more than one cell is selected).

Please check the Names in the workbook as well as the formulas for the charts as to my knowledge any errors would not be indicated by the above mentioned way.

Ciao,
Holger
