Unbound Total Text Box send To Table

:banghead:I have a table that stores all information from multiple forms to then send to different areas. in each form the below is a problem.
I created calculations and cascade boxes. kept it as simple as possible. I have seen different answers to send the information from an unbound text box to a table, but not quite sure.
My control sources are full of epressions. The form contains following.
DDate
DNumber
Company independent
Resource dependent
Operator dependent
Location
CostCode
Rate unbound, invisible and dependent
DStart
DBreaks
DFinish
TotalQuantity unbound
TotalCost unbound invisible
Comments
3 departments want this information in different ways.

I need the Quantity and Cost to be sent to the same table all of the others control source belong to. "DocketTable"

All good i realised. just sending base data to tables and sending that data to a query that will calculate again the same fields that wouldn't flow through.
I have the total cost, quantity and rate to please everyone who needs to see it because sometimes we will split hours into 3 to 5 costcodes for costing. that is when they need to see the total quantity to make sure they aren't doubling up. which is also why i use split screen form. so they can see if they did it correctly or need to repair mistakes.
