I have an "Returns" master form that contains two subforms. The subforms contain items that we are returning back into our inventory. The underlying queries in each subform show only those records where the "Return Date" is null. The query(s) works fine, except that if there are 3 items that need to be returned there are 3 records that show in the master Returns form. I tried the Totals option in the query but the I need that Return Date on the subform. I only want one Returns master form to show the 3 records (not 3 records of the same master form). I'm sure I'm not explaining myself well and I apologize - if you would guide me I will be most cooperative. Thank you kindly.

I'm sorry but I got halfway through that and my memory just dumped. Could you simplify this and narrow it down to a question?

Include examples of what is currently being done by the use of code snippets, queries and table structures please :)

Unfortunately (for me) I must leave here in the next 15 minutes. I will get back to this later and (hopefully) better show/explain the issue I'm having.

I'm here for about 2 more hours. If not, I'll be back in the morning. Good luck! :)

So sorry for the delayed response - I'm only here a day and a half each week.

Anyway, what I did was strip down the database to (I hope) those items necessary to explain/show my issue. If you would have the time to take a look at it - perhaps your questions on it could guide my thought process. I'm having difficulty explaining.

I truly appreciate and look forward to your response/input/guidance.

I'm approaching this differently. Please disregard.
