Unmatched Queries??

Apologies for any incorrect use of diction but I am pretty new to this and I am also having difficulties explaining exactly what i am after!!

I am trying to analyse the difference between two tables. Both tables have the same fields (Order Ref, Part Number, Quantity). The first table (ora_web_parts) contains all order refs., parts and quantities that were ordered online, the second table (alt_web_parts) contains all of the order refs, parts, and quantities that were dispatched. I want to know what parts are not present in the second table. The difficult bit to explain is that due to despatch times the second table will have less order refs. and parts but the majority of order refs. will be the same in ora_web_parts and alt_web_parts.

I think that you problem may be solved by going to the query tab; then you click on the button above the main little window that says "new". Clicking "new" will give you several options of query, one of them being a "find unmatched" option. This will then start a wizard, in which you can especify what field you want to compare between the two in order to determine if it is an unmatched.
