Does anyone know if there an access equivalent to the SQL server 'unpivot' command relating to crosstab queries or tables?

It takes a crosstab (pivot) table and un-pivots it.....useful for re-organizing summary tables into a more normalized structure.

With a crosstab query you can transpose the columns into rows and vica versa. If you do that twice the rows should be rows again.
If it was that simple, you would have done that already or not?

I crosstab table is full of redundant info, like in a datawarehouse. I think that you must use regular select queries to normalize it again.

HTH:D

Enjoy!
