Unwanted Form Display Changes

I have run into this several times and can't identify the issue to correct it

When I open some forms in continuous records view, and there are less than a full page of records to display:

The records all show correctly until I scroll down- then the first record is hidden. Scrolling back up changes nothing.

The page up key will restore all records on the form.

Any ideas about why this happens somtimes?

This is not a bug I've heard about in ACC2003, but if you have the infamous SP3 service pack installed, and haven't installed its hotfix, you might try that. Here's a site with some of the more common bugs, as well as a link to the download site for the hotfix.
