Update acces query embeded into word doc

Hi Everyone

I have been asked by my friends daughter who is doing her GCSE IT Course at school, how to embed an access database query into a word document and have the word doc update if the data in the query has changed in the database.

I have tried paste special and I can copy the query across as a table without any problem but try as i will I can't get the blighter to update.

Any Ideas?

Hi Again
I have found the solution.
If anyone is interested it is:-

Open Word
View/Toolbars/Database Toolbar
Click 7th button along (Insert Database)
On the Popup Box click Get Data
Browse for your database table or query, Select it, click OK
On the Popup Box click Insert Data

***Important***
On the next PoPup Box you must put a tick on the checkbox Insert Data As A Field, then click the OK button.

The query or table is now inserted into word at the cursor position.
Close and save word document.

To Update

Open Word Document
Select the table or query (Highlight It)
Press Function Key F9 or if it's a Laptop Press fn & F9 together
