update/Dontupdate data sources

I have been evaluating a move from Excel 2007 to 2010. (32bit)
When I run a macro in 2010 I keep getting the message "This workbook contains links to other data sources, Update/Dont update/Help"
I have ticked "enable all macros" in the macro section of the "Trust Centre"
I have ticked "enable all data" in the "external data" setion of the "Trust Centre"
I have ticked "Enable Automatic update for all workbook links" in the scurity settings for Workbook links
But I still keep getting the "Update/Dont Update " message box
It all works fine in 2007 but not in2010.
Obviously there is someting else in 2010 that needs changing
Anyone got any ideas on this please

Ok no responses,but after a lot of research finally located the problem with 2010.
The solution was:
Go to Excel options/Advanced.
Scan down to "General"
Untick "Ask to update Automatic Links"
Save

For whatever reason it wasnt necessary for that to be "Unticked" in the 2007 version.
