Update field 3 if field 1 = and field 2 = (1 Viewer)

Hi All, I used to be able to do this in seconds and now can't remember how,

I have a database with a field called [Start_Date] which is a date field, a called [Trainer_Name] which will have a unique name and a field called [Activity]. What I want to do is update the Activity field to contain the entry "RDO:" if Trainer_Name is "Joe Bloggs" AND the day is a Friday. Anyone able to help with what the criteria should be on the update query?

Your explanation was so good, you basically wrote it yourself. Just need to convert it to code now. I think the only big hint you need is that you will use the Weekday function (https://www.techonthenet.com/access/functions/date/weekday.php) in one of the field's criteria.
