Update multiple records in a form

I have a tabular subform within a form that contains about a dozen records. This subform contains 5 fields (field1, field2, field3, field4, and field5). Field5 is calculated from Field4 divided by the sum of Field3. This calculation is executed by a button on the subform.

The sum of Field3 is not complete until I enter all the records into the subform. But when I click the button the calculation only seems to work on the record that has focus.

I would like to calculate all the records in the subform once the sum of Field3 is complete after all the records are entered.

Any ideas???

Possible solution..

Run a query to do the calcs and then refresh the form to show the calculated values.
