I am expanding a query to include more information and would like to include this new information in the form that is already built (i.e. I don't want to build a new form, only modify the existing). Any help would be sincerely appreciated. Thanks.

OK, what do you want to know...?

Question not clear on what you are trying to do. If you want to add the new data to the form that you are now incorporating into your new query, very easy. Mostly a design issue.

How do you want to display this new data?

Many choices... listbox, combo box, text field, labels, sub-forms, yadda, yadda, yadda...

Your toolbox will help show you what your choices you have.

Easiest way, open your field list, and drag and drop the new fields onto your form... move them around till they suit you.. :D

Query rerun after form made

Thanks for the reply. The problem is that once the form is built off the original query I am unable to find any new fields in the field list if I modify the original query. For example, if the original query has 5 fields and I make a form with all of the original 5 fields, then update the original query and add 2 more fields (for a total of 7) I am unable to find the new field in the field list when I go back to the form. Is it possible to update the field list in the form design view? Hopefully that clariies things a bit. Again, any help would be greatly appreciated.
