Update part of a field

Is there a way I can update part of a field. For example, I want to change "Accruals - Subcontract" to 'Accrual Reversal - Subcontract" I just want to change "Accruals" to "Accrual Reversal" But I want to keep everything after "Accruals"

You can do something like this in your query:
NewField: If([YourField]="Accruals - Subcontract" , "Accrual Reversal - Subcontract",[YourField])

Thanks Sohaila,

Since I am doing this with VBA I just parsed the field and removed "Accruals" then concatnated "Accrual Reversal" the the field.
