Update Query Need Assistance

Good afternoon. I have a database with 3 tables. Table 1 conatains organization name and CMS_ID number. Table 2 only contains organization name and no primary key. I am trying to create a new field in the Table 2 with the CMS_ID from Table 1. Is this possible. In short I need to create a primary key for Table 2.
