I have a query that has worked well for 30 or more runs and suddenly I get an error at the end of the run "Record Deleted" any ideas?

Code:
INSERT INTO dbo_PeopleNotes ( applicationDate, certificationDate, recertDate, certificationExpireDate, FinalRenewalNoticeSentDate, InactiveNoticeSentDate, ExpiredNoticeSentDate, status_text, otherName, Address1, Address2, City, stateAbbrev, postalCode, middleInitial, phoneNumber, workPhone, Fax, email, genderText, DOB, raceText, Notes, education, GCDFinstructor, GCDFinstructorCurriculum, GCDFinstructorDate, ethicsFlagtext, ethicsHoldtext, peopleId, AuditText, FirstName, LastName )
SELECT Applicants.[Application Date], Applicants.[Certification Date], Applicants.RecertDate, Applicants.[Expiration Date], Applicants.FinalRenewalDate, Applicants.RenewalInactiveDate, Applicants.ExpiredDate, Applicants.Status, Applicants.[Other Names], Applicants.[Address 1], Applicants.[Address 2], Applicants.City, Applicants.[State Abbreviation], Applicants.[Zip Code], Applicants.[Middle Initial], Applicants.[Home Phone], Applicants.[Business Phone], Applicants.Fax, Applicants.[E-Mail], Applicants.Gender, Applicants.[Date of Birth], Applicants.[Ethnic Background], Applicants.Notes, Applicants.Education, Applicants.[GCDF Instructor], Applicants.[Curriculum Used], Applicants.[Instructor Cert Date], Applicants.EthicsFlag, Applicants.ethicsHold, Applicants.[CDF No], Applicants.Audit, Applicants.[First Name], Applicants.[Last Name]

It is a linked Access BE and writing to a linked SQL Server BE

Was there any changes to the permissions recently? If you restart the app or your connection or the server, do you still get the same problem? Also, just to be sure, double-check your permissions just in case something got changed permanently.

Just my 2 cents... Hope it helps...

That looks like an append query, not an update. Not sure if that makes any difference when it comes to permissions, but I thought it worth noting just in case.

Forgot to say, smells like corruption if it doesn't work after x number of runs. Try a compact/repair. At least that's what was reported to be the issue elsewhere.

That was it the folder containing the Access BE had perms changed yesterday,
changed them back and works fine Thanks!!
