I added a new field to a table and then the query. Now I need to update my report to show this information. In the control source field of the checkbox im adding, the new data field doesn't show up. I click on the "..." to go to the expression builder and select the new datafield i added into the query/table. Then I go to print view of the report, and I get a dialog box asking "Enter Parameter Value". So what I need to know is how do I update this report to add this newly created field in the table and query.

I think its a query.
This is my database structure: 3 Tables
Event - Each volunteer can have any number of events associated with them
Person - linked from a different database - contains information on posters.
Volunteer - stores the id of a Person once they are identified as a Volunteer in a form
So I made a query that combines information from the Person and Volunteer table. Then In my report I somehow combined the event information in for each Volunteer.
So now I have added a new field into Volunteer and updated the query , but I still cant select this new field to add to my report.
