If my brain was Excel it would be throwing a Circular Reference Warning at you. Then when I look at your sample data, it doesn't help much. Where does that initial 20000 come from? Also, how do I put your data in order? Do you have a date field?

Ultimiately total fund won't be a field in your table, but instead a calculated field in a query. You don't store calculated values, instead you calculate them when you need them. But first, explain total fund better.

it is orgnaization which have a limited amount as total fund,,, now they have to pay to differnt parties, total fund is simple that spacified amount,, and i want once paid amount should be deducted from the total fund,, and the next payment should be deducted from remaing amount in total fund,,

i know i m not well clear in my first post,,,
thanx for your kindness

I still don't see where that initial 20000 is coming from. Can you post a database with sample data that will help me see it more clearly?
