Updating a listbox in a form after a requery

Well once again I am stuck so I am looking for some help. I have a form which contains a listbox and a combo box. The combo box allows the user to select which customer to display in the listbox. It does this by providing a criteria input for a query and then requires the data on change. The combo box works great and updates the query with the selected data no problem. However I can not get the data to show up in the listbox on the form. If I switch to design mode then back to out of design mode on the form, then the listbox will update. I have attached the DB. The form I am having problems with is frmViewAll.
