Updating a Query

Hi,

I'm in the process of constructing an Access database for recruitment purposes. (Please see attached) the current problem I am having is related to quries.

I've got a query whereby a list is produced of all candidates who we have sent an application pack to but have not recieved it back. From this output the user will telephone the candidate to chase them up. I then need the user to be able to update the ouput with a date as to when the candidate was chased up. It won't let me do this hpwever.

i think you should give some more details on your query because i think the problem is with its structure!
