Updating Access Table With Excel Sheet Daily

Hello:

I am not quite sure how to go about this and have very limited expereince with connection strings.

I need to update an access table with data from an excel sheet daily and I want this to hapenn automatically lets say at 7AM every moring.

The excel sheet is a different one every day but has a naming pattern to it. For example this excel sheet will be called 03 Feb.xls today, 04 Feb.xls tommorrow and so on. This excel sheet has multiple tabs and I need the acces table to be updated by only of these tabs records.

The access table should delete all records from it before importing the data from the excel sheet.

I hope I am clear with the query. I would really appreciate any kind of code snippets or pointers...
