Upload excel into Access

Hi all,

this is my first post and i urgently requires ur help...
while i m still a super newbie to access, my boss now throw me a task which i have completely no idea how to do it...

here is the scenario:

1) she wants me to create a form that allow user to select the excel file that they want
2) then the user will use this form to update the information into existing table

so basically i have to create a form for my user and then at the backend i have to identify which table and fields to update it...
can any kind souls provide me with a simple example and codes then from there i will try to explore myself... i just need someone to give me a headstart...

Look at "DemoFormExcelA2000.zip" (attachment).
There you have got;
"LinkExcel" (word), "DemoFormExcelA2000.mdb" (access) and "Bowling1.xls"
Read "LinkExcel", and make all this again, because of new path name.
