Uploading images to a certain file?

Hi Guys, I am wondering if it is possible to have a button on a form which asks you to select an image from a location, it then takes that image and moves it to a location of my choice?
Also, would be nice to have a preview of the image on the form, maybe asking a little too much!

Any ideas?

What have you tried? What issues/problems?

Have you considered using file explorer directly? Do you need to involve Access?
