urgent help req asap...

i get an error message:

A problem occurred while user information reports were communicating with the OLE server.

close the ole server and restart it outside user information reports. then try the original opetation agian in user information reports

--------- i get this message when i am trying to create a chart in a report, it is nothing to do with the query because it happens when i try and create a chart from any query...

any ideas.. ive tried restaring my machine, making a copy of the database and using that.. but no luck

any other ideas???

Have you Symantec Norton antivirus 2001 or 2002 installed. If so disable script blocking and it should work.

havent got no virus programs on this computer...

ive sorted it... i created a new database,, exported all my querys/macros/modules/forms/reports & tables from the old one to the new and it works fine.. jus a bug in access more than likely,

o well back to work now... ]
