Urgent Help required with a wizzard

My Command Button Wizzard seems to have switched itself off. Is anybody able to tell me how to switch it back on so I can continue with my form designs?

On your toolbar there is an icon with a wand and some stars falling from it. Selecting this turns the Wizzard on, and unselecting it turns the wizard off.

Attached is a picture of the icon I am talking about.
