URGENTLY NEED HELP

I've set up my database so that when it opens a form automatically opens which contains buttons which link to the other forms in my database.
I also set it so that the form cannot be closed and full menus are not displayed.
However, I want to turn this off but I can't because the full menus are not displayed

HELP !!!

Just hold the shift key down while you open the database it should bypass your startup unless you have done it with code.
