Use macro to search through the table

guys any help about how to make a macro search during the table
no matter if we write the first or the last name in the search box

In a macro?? You can use a macro to open a searchquery.

If you have a query, you can create a searchfield which is a concatination of first and last name.

SearchField: [FirstName] & "|" & [LastName]

Set the criteria for this field:

Like "*" & [Forms]!Formname]![SearchfieldOnForm] & "*"

yes a query would be the way, though I would probably use the Like "*" & [Forms]!Formname]![SearchfieldOnForm] & "*"
two times once in the Firstname and once in the last name, the second time though as an "OR" ... that is in design few make it one row lower.
