I'm sure hoping this is possible.

I have a report with two subreports. It works perfectly. It does just what you'd expect a report to do... print data from my database!

Now, the same report could be used as a HARD COPY form for my coworkers to fill out long-hand. Then, they could turn the report into me and I would enter it into the database. That is, only if I could print out the report with BLANK values.

My first attempt involved just forcing a filter that resulted in zero records. That works... only on the main report. The subreports then don't show up.

So then I applied the same filter and removed the Master/Child links between the main report and the subreports... that also didn't work.

Does this make sense? Is this possible? Any advice would be appreciated.

Why not leave the labels for all of the controls and just deleting the control boxes? or remove the control sources from the txtboxes!

Make sure u make a copy of the report u have that works, and try this on the copy!

Of course... you're correct.

I forgot to mention that in my previous post. Certainly I realize I can make a new report to solve this problem.

The point was trying to come up with a solution that would not force me to make a second report. I don't like having duplicates of anything in my database. If I change something in one of the reports I'll then have to change it in both of them... more of a pain.

Thank you for your feedback.
