Use Transparent And Translucent background Together

Hi ,
Excuse me for poor english . I found some sample about forms with transparent background and also translucent form and use them in my forms separately with access 2007.I had two problems as follows :
1 - I couldn't combine these two shape to a form together .
2 - I couldn't put the public functions and procedures at public modules and then use them on forms subs (Like: On Load , On Open , ...) .
Can someone help me with access 2007 sample with these two together , Which a form use transparent background and objects on form (such as buttons , Title , ...) show background as translucent .

This is rather vague. There is no point having a translucent transparent control. One or other. Command Button have two states Access determined settings or transaparent. To get a degree of translucency you would have to create a multi-layered image to get the translucent effect.
