Useless macro message when opening form

I created a macro to use with a form. The macro didn't work and so I deleted it. Now every time I try to use that form, I get this message first:
"Microsoft Office cannot find the macro….

The macro (or its macro group) doesn't exist, or the macro is new but hasn't been saved."


I want to get rid of the pestering step of responding to that message every time I open that form. How do I do it?

did you not delete the call to the macro from in the form? (onload)
