User Level

He Guys,

I want to declare a user level on my database so as to be going share around 10 people who are might to use the databse. I want to declare them as User only and I am the Administrator. Question are;

1. It will not be experience a traffic if they are opening let say 6 persons.
2. I want to see the status who are online on the database.
3. How to declare as user level by category.
4. Cbologin using unbound text not a combox.

Any help would much be appreciated.
