I'm working on a Preventative Maintenance db.
I have some formatted word documents that will be used as hard copies of the scheduled PMs. (You know, the kind of thing you hand to a mechanic that says, on MACHINE A, check oil pressure, water leaks, loose screws, etc and record findings here). They all have text boxes, tables and various drawing objects in them.
I'd like to use these docs as reports or forms, so they can be printed or emailed straight from the db.
Problem is, when I try to insert them, the formatting gets all screwed up.
Is there anyway to insert these documents without loosing the formatting, or am I going to have to re-create each one?
Thanks for looking,
