Using Pivot Tables HELP!!!!

So I work with pivot tables all of the time but I believe I came across an issue today that I am not sure how to deal with. So my boss loves my use of pivot tables in determining case clearings for each of the detectives in the division. I recently showed him that when he double clicks a given cell containing a number then an additional spreadsheet automatically opens up which reflects the actual cases the pivot table data is based on.

My question:after double clicking a specified cell, is there a way to restrict or filter which fields from the table get reported? Turns out my boss only cares about 10 of the total 21 fields in the table and if I could figure out how to display only those fields instead of the entire table, it would be ideal.
 
As you said, it will show the records in that cell.
You can use normal filters in the newly opened sheet
