I am creating a small customer service database that will automatically send reports via email to selected people. I prefer to use the SNAPVIEW format because there is no formatting loss. The people the reports are being sent to do not have Access and therefore will need to download the SNAPVIEW.exe program. Here is where my problem lies: I am using Access 2002 on Windows XP and it uses Snapview 10.0. The only version of Snapview I can find on the internet to download is 9.0 and this does not work. I went to the Microsoft download site and they do not have version 10. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks.

Hi,
Just copy your SNAPVIEW.exe from your machine and try it
on 1 machine.
If that works, just download it to all the machines.
That seems like an easy solution.
