Using WSE2 (2.0) in ACCESS XP

Hi.
Your help is very much appreciated.
I am trying to write a web service client in MS ACCESS XP/2002.
The web service that I'm trying to connect to is protected with WSE2.
I couldn't find any WSE package for VBA. It's all .NET packages.
Is there any way to connect to the web service from ACCESS?
