Variable field size in a report

Hi,

Hope you can help. I'm doing a report which lists the e-mail addresses of various people separated by ";". I then use the office link to word and make it into an RTF file so that I can cut and paste the addresses into the address line of my e-mail programme.

Is there a way that I can force the e-mail field to only be as long as the address contained within it?

use the TRIM function.
I don't know if this will work when you transfer to Word however.
