VBA code to set data in combo boxes using raion buttons

it doesnt work

unforunaltely this doesnt work it still just keep looking at the the one that you clicked on
it should look at the main talbe to retrieve the information off it that was stored when it was orginally created by it seems that it doesnt do that it just sticks on the one you have chosen.
any ideas
