VBA Editor Opening Instead of Running

Hi I have an issue with Access 07 that is driving me crazy.

I have a database that builds a report in Excel but everytime you click the command button to run the report it opens the code in Debug mode as if there is a break at the start of the code (there isn't) no error message comes up and hitting F5 the code runs through without throwing up an error.

And Idea why this is happening and how I can stop it?
