Hi
Quite often when I try to open the VBA Editor either from the code button on the toolbar or from event row in the properties it seems to take ages to open up.
I get "shadows" of lots of windows and then it all sort of collapses back to the original form design window. Usually if I right click on the VBA tab at the bottom of the screen it comes up.
Is this an Access problem, or is it a problem with my graphics card or setup or what.
It is not mission critical but it is frustrating.
I am running Access from Office XP (SP2) on Windows XP Home. I use Access 2000 format by default.
Anyone got any ideas or is it just something I am going to have to continue to live with?
Many thanks for any help

No idea but does it happen all the time or do you have loads of modules open at once and it's setting the focus to one and these are the "shadows"

Happens most of the time. Usually only one module open, but sometimes other forms are up as well, never more than three or so.
I did try closing down Outlook and Word so that there wasn't too much confict for space but doesn't seem to make a difference.
By the way running the queries without trying to use VBA to kick them in if parameters were met seems to be working really well. Thanks for your help on that one too!
All the best
