I am currently usig a query to determine which employees have been here less than 90 days field name is HireDate
When I use < Date( ) - 90 it shows everyone I only want the new employees

Secondly, how would I set up a query to show which employees have had training during the year ie. Job Title. I have been using the expression builder but am getting no where.

Try something like:

Where [HireDate] > DateAdd("d", -90, Date( ))

or

Where [HireDate] > (Date() - 90)

I have tried the expression suggested but it still is printing out all employees.
