very simple question

As my English is not 100% i will give you a example.

When someone registers at this forum he gets a menu where he can choose
from "month" and get offered a selectionbox with all Months. Click one and OK.

Like this I want in a input form ,for a table, force anyone to choose between 0 and 1 only, on a similar way.

I tried for days now but I did not succeed. It must be simple but I can't find it.

Where do I have to search?

Yes but whwn I choose a column filled with a lot of 0 and 1 's I get 100 choices.
And I want only two unique choices. A single 1 and 0.

How can I do that?

I found the anser myself "distinct" is the solution....
