view entire form

Is there a way that I can see the whole form in form view? I can't find a zoom button. The way it is now, I can only see the top portion of the form, and have to scroll down with each record.

If you have too many fields for the form, why not split them onto different tab pages and then navigate through them that way?

In design view of the form look for the button on the toolbar that looks like a file divider page "tab control" and draw it on to your main form to the size you want. You then can click on each page and position the fields appropriately. Remeber to click the tab control before dragging the fields onto it or they will hover in the background and appear on every page

you might try this command in the forms open or load event:

DoCmd.Maximize

The form will then be opened as a full screen form.
