Viewing PDFs on a Form

Access 2013.
IE 11.
Using a webcontrol on a form and I change the controlsource to a pdf file name using VBA and I can see the PDF no problem. Here's the issue... it prompts me every time whether to open (view) the file or save it, etc. (and when I click on open it shows me the pdf on the form as desired). But of course I don't want users prompted each time. My Google searching suggests that there's a way to turn off "ask me for this file type" within IE 11, but I don't get that option in IE 11 when I look at recent downloads. Any other suggestions or popular ways to allow users to see PDFs on a form?
