Virtual menu

I have many forms having menus created by me.
Instead of command buttons i used labels that can change colors on mouse move and execute procedures on click.
It works perfect but on mouse moves it seems flickering.
It's not a problem but it is a bit annoying.
I'm giving a sample if anyone want to use my idea. I doesnt have many menus
so maybe you can't see the flickering, but with many menus it is annoying.

Thanks for the reply, i changed labels to text boxes but still flickering. Changed theme to classic windows but with no success on flickering.
Anyway thanks

Hmmm, well that's disappointing. I thought for sure Allen's suggestions would resolve the issue. Sorry.
