"Visible" syntaxe on subform

Hi,

Me again. The control "Visible", how can I use in the subform? I have a form which has a subform and the button is on it and when I click on it I want the Main form to be invisible ? In other words, the syntaxe for use in the subform.

That's one I haven't tried. I don't know if making the main form invisible would also hide subform, but you can try it and let us know: Me.Parent.Form.Visible=False

For a more "user interactive setup" why don't you lock or disable the other fields? That way the user has an idea if she or he forgets what they typed in the main form.
