I've just re-opened your db and I'm looking at the form again and I can once more confirm that there's a subform.

Yes there is. You're right as always. But I could recreate it as a form. Leave it with me. Sorry to be a pain

You don't need to recreate it.

Just push the subform down to give you some space in the main form, highlight all the controls, cut & paste onto the main form. Then set the Record Source of the main form. Remember to copy any code across if there's any.

So I created a new form. Referenced it in your code and it worked. strCondition was matching the records and I didn't need to change anything. But you knew that.:D
