Warning message disable

I have the references to which the user has no permition
I would like to handle this error by myself but befor any code stat runing I get the warning message
"Your ..... database or project contains missing or broken reference to the file ....."
Is there any way to switch it off

Remove the reference in a full version of Access, save it, and then pass this onto the other user. It's probably down to the user not having a piece of software you have, such as including an Outlook reference when they don't have Outlook installed etc.
