I've been tempted to change mine many a time. But always decided what I have is the one thing that captures everything - ranging from the worst foot in mouth moments to the grandest profundities to everything in between and sort of covers my a**

Wishing, in general, is over rated. We already have so much of what we need but perceive to lack.

Why am I thinking of Blazing Saddles?

My mother, cousin, and I took my father to see Blazing Saddles. To say that dear old Dad was shocked at a certain campfire scene doesn't quite cover it. We laughed more at his reaction than at the shenanigans around the cowboy's campfire. He also wasn't ready for the movie's total disregard for the sanctity of the 4th wall. Sadly, he didn't live long enough to see what I consider THE Mel Brooks masterpiece - Young Frankenstein. He might have figured out Mel Brooks by then.

The musical version of Young Frankenstein was fantastic. Also i distinctly remember the cave scene between Elizabeth and the Monster. I definitely heard the sound of a very long zipper before Elizabeth sang in delight.

It would mean that guests couldn't read these posts. Google wouldn't have access to them. A member would have to be the one to report Jon. The forum would still have a strict terms of service that Jon would control. Otherwise, shut down the Watercooler to protect Jon.

"You Know Who" disabled his website from The Wayback Machine being able to save snapshots of his conveniently deleted posts, but I have screenshots and file saved html pages of all posts he deleted. Maybe Jon can remove all high risk posts and also exclude Wayback, Google, AI LLM's, and all others from crawling AWF?

I have been keeping a close eye and recording what "You Know Who" posts on his site. He recently said he was "Signing Off" his site. However, he edited that post by including details about his criticism of Microsoft, and makes negative assumptions of why his fellow MVP's dislike him. Even if some of his MS criticism is true, and I have also voiced some of his observations, I cannot understand how an Access MVP can bash Microsoft and other fellow MVP's on his own site which is supposed to promote Access and help other developers and users. Is he doing this for CLICKBAIT purposes because hardly no one posts on his site? I know he's a ghost member on AWF and reading this. How about you unmask yourself and reveal who you are in AWF?

"You Know Who" is entitled to share his views — I’ve voiced my own frustrations with Microsoft more than once. He’s made a public decision to step away for now, and I think that deserves respect. Instead of getting caught up in the drama and trying to bring "You Know Who" back into the frame, maybe it’s a good time to shift the conversation toward something more constructive for the Access community. If he chooses to return, I’d personally see that as a positive — I know I would welcome it.

I've got my detective hat on and I'm very likely to make two plus two equal five but let's have a go!

An MVP, and most likely a Microsoft Access MVP, well that makes the list of likely candidates quite handleable...

Now we're looking for an MVP with their own website, a further reduction in The likely candidates..

Then we're looking for an MVP who likes to make shall we say objectionable statements about Microsoft and I assume AWF?

I can think of only one person that fits the bill!

Then you haven't been paying attention for long. It's quite common, actually.
We all get extremely frustrated with Microsoft from time to time, or sooner.

I have been paying close attention to Access and MS since they announced its debut at Comdex Vegas 1992. I was in the audience when Chris Capossella introduced it.

I for one, have posted related criticism, however, I would think MS would revoke anyone's MVP title if they openly and frequently bash MS, fellow Access MVP's, and other Access forums. I think that person lost their MVP status a while back for openly criticising Microsoft. What a bitter person.
