Web bar keeps appearing

I am not sure what i have done, but when i run my database, i open a form, click on a button to bring up a calendar select a date click ok then the date is returned to a text box.

the trouble is as it returns the date to the text box, for some strange reason the web bar becomes visible at the top of the page,

how can i turn this off
