hi, i am just trialing sharepoint and i am trying to publish my database to the web - the compatibility wizard finds a problem with a table called eqldata - the only problem is i dont have or cannot find a table called eqldata!! im sure in my past it did have one but it was deleted ( it was part of a web conversion for access databases- didn't work so it was deleted).

access still seems to think it still exists- anyone have any suggestions where to look for any remnants of it or how to stop access thinking its there any more?

ps if i manually check each table, query, report with the web compatibility wizard it passes, its only when i test the full database.

thanks

It sounds like Access still has a reference to that table in one or more of its system tables (the hidden, secret ones we are not supposed to fiddle with ;)).

You could try creating a new blank database, and then import all your objects from the old one. This should give you a database that only has references for the existing objects. :)

Now that sounds like something I can do ! Thanks for your help !
