web page display from access

I am trying to display a fixture list for my local football clubs website. The fixture list draws from three access tables in the one database. The obvious table is fixtures. This draws the club sides from the squads table, and the opponents from the grounds table (which also includes a map of the ground and how to get there etc.). The problem is, that when I publish it to the web, all I get is the id number instead of the information.

ie

Home Team - Away Team - Time - Ground
........1................26.........9am........26

It appears ok in Access, the names come up, but on the net all I get is numbers no matter what I do, I really need some help...
