Weird Drop down Boxes.

Does anyone else have problems with the bgcolor of a drop down box going transparent sporadically? I have maybe 20 on the page, some will be white and others the color of the page behind it, I click on them, they change to white, I click off they change back.

Bizarre. Is there any reason for this? w
